摘要： 为有效评估和监测意大利南部18座大坝的运行和安全状况，在各大坝上安装自动化监测系统，并设立了Iside中心实行远程集控管理。文章介绍了该系统的建立、功能及操作流程等，供参考。

Abstract: For an effective evaluation and surveillance of dam safety in the South of Italy, automatic monitoring systems were installed and Iside center was established for remote control. This paper introduced the establishment, functions and operation of the system, for reference.
