摘要： 通过对葛洲坝门机进行大修和改造，提高现有门机的工作性能。大修中对诸多问题进行了解析，便于以后有重点地对门机进行保养和检修，为设备状态检修提供借鉴。

Abstract: By overhaul and renovation of the gantry crane, its performance was improved. In the process, some issues were analysed, for better maintenance and overhaul in the future.
