水口电站主厂房裂缝成因探析

摘要: 水口电站主厂房发电机层楼板、排架柱、牛腿与楼板接触等处出现较多裂缝。通过现场照相、图像校正和描绘方法,获得了裂缝分布特征,结合建筑物结构特性与荷载情况,分析认为蜗壳水流脉冲压力及机组机械振动是水口电站主厂房裂缝的主要成因。

Abstract: There are many cracks in concrete structure of Shuikou hydropower house such as slab of generator floor, bent frame column and joins between bracket support and slab. Based on photographic data, image correction and mapping of cracks, the spatial distribution characteristics of cracks were obtained. Then combined with load conditions and structural characters of Shuikou hydropower house, the analysis result showed the cracking reasons were dynamical forces caused by water flow impulse pressure of spiral case and mechanical vibration of generating units.
