摘要： 针对山美水库坝体下游代替料存在饱水区的安全隐患，采用了“上堵下排”的防渗加固措施。本文介绍了加固方案与施工情况，并通过检测、探测与监测等手段，表明大坝防渗加固效果明显，达到了设计目的。

Abstract: Aiming at the saturated zone in substitute material, the anti－seepage rehabilitation measures were carried out.This paper introduced the scheme and construction.Further, some tests, detection and monitoring were implemented, of good effect.
