混凝土面板坝表面喷涂聚脲防护试验研究

摘要: 面板堆石坝混凝土防渗面板属于薄型结构,为了防止面板因裂缝渗漏、提高混凝土的耐久性,有必要在面板表面增加一层有效的防护层。本文提出了面板表面增设防护材料的基本要求,选择了喷涂聚脲弹性体涂膜对面板进行防护。针对混凝土面板坝的运行特点,对聚脲进行了抗弯曲、抗渗、抗冻、氙灯人工气候老化及湿热老化等项目的室内试验,在十三陵抽水蓄能电站上库混凝土面板进行了现场试验,并进行了三年多的跟踪检查和测试。研究结果表明,在混凝土面板表面喷涂聚脲涂膜的防护效果很好,值得推广应用。

Abstract: The anti-seepage face slab of RCC dam is a thin plate structure. For seepage prevention of concrete face slab and concrete durability improvement, it is necessary to coat an effective protection layer. In this paper, some basic requirements for surface protection material were presented, and spray polyurea elastomer as protective coating for concrete face slab was chosen. According to the operation characteristics of concrete faced rock fill dam, lots of laboratory tests on polyurea material were carried out, such as bending test, seepage resistance test, frost resistance test, artificial ageing acceleration test, hydrothermal aging test and so on. Further, field test on concrete face slab at the upper reservoir of Shisanling pumped storage power station was carried out, and follow-up checking and test more than two years was conducted. The results showed that spraying polyurea coating on concrete face slab surface has very good protective effect and worthy popularization.
