摘要: 四川舟坝水电站大坝为全断面碾压混凝土重力坝, 采用左右两块全断面薄层通仓连续交替上升工艺施工。施工中严格按照规范要求, 结合本工程区气候和原材料情况, 探索总结出了一套适合本工程混凝土质量控制的方法, 使本工程碾压混凝土重力坝施工过程始终处于可控状态, 确保了工程施工质量。按蓄水到设计高程工程运行情况及观测资料, 工程施工质量满足规范要求, 优质高效地实现了两年建成10 万kW装机水电站及上网发电的目标, 对类似工程施工和质量控制具有参考价值。

Abstract: Zhouba hydropower dam is the full- face roller compacted concrete gravity dam. In construction, the full- face thin layer full length continuous alternating rising grouting was adopted. According to climate in this area and material used,the concrete quality control method was developed to ensure construction quality. Combining with the operation after impounding to designed elevation and monitoring data, the conclusion was gotten that the construction quality met the requirement of regulation, worthy reference by similar projects.
