摘要: 在长期复杂的自然环境条件和各种荷载作用下, 土石坝容易产生安全隐患。尤其国内早期修建的土石坝, 因为设计考虑不周、施工质量差、运行管理不当, 大坝安全受到严重影响。本文结合湖北省黄冈市红安县郑家冲水库工程实例, 从水库的工程地质、防洪标准、运行管理、工程质量、渗流安全及结构安全等主要方面, 对该水库工程的安全性进行全面复核和评价, 对大坝结构、渗流稳定等做了详细的分析和论证。

Abstract: Under the long- term complex natural condition and the effect of various both inner and outside forces, earth- rock damis changing momentarily and safety trouble may generate without obvious prewarnings. Especially, because of careless design, poorquality construction and unsuitable management, security of earth- rock dams built earlier encountered many problems. This article, taking Zhengjiachong reservoir dam in Huanggang city, Hubei province as an example, stated overall checkup an appraisal on the safety condition of the reservoir fromthe main aspects, such as engineering geology map, flood- control standard, operation management, project quality, problems in seepage and structure safety, and it made a detail analysis and demonstration on the structural and seepage stability of the dam.
