Abstract: By analysis of the problems existed in reservoir management, aimed at sustainable development and with reference of experience from foreign reservoir management, the paper discussed three management patterns for future management. They are centralized management model, company management model and co- existing multi- mechanism management model. Further more, the implement advice was advanced.
