Abstract: The paper introduced the design, construction, supervision and management in the secondary stage anti- seepage treatment project at Luowan dam, and stressed on the design of asphalt concrete impervious face slab and foundation curtain grouting, as well as asphalt concrete test and the characteristic of project management.
