摘要: 环氧材料是水工混凝土建筑物缺陷修补中最常用的材料之一, 环氧材料的化学灌浆具有良好的可灌性、稳定性和耐久性, 其本身的强度以及与混凝土的粘结强度都较高, 对细小的空隙有较好的修补作用。本文根据宝珠寺水电站13F、14F 机组尾水锥管混凝土缺陷修补的工程实例, 介绍了修补处理方案、施工方法、技术要求以及现场作业措施等。

Abstract: Because of good placeability, stability and perdurability, epoxy material were used in defect reinforcement of the concrete hydraulic structures frequently. It was of high strength and adhesive strength that caulking would be accomplished well. This paper, combined with the reinforcement of draft - tube concrete defect in Baozhusi hydropower plant,introduced the treatment scheme, construction method, technique requirements and et al.
