摘要： 主要介绍了新安江水电厂大坝防洪抢险应急预案的编制情况、预案的主要内容以及编制体会, 希望为其他大坝应急预案提供参考以及互相交流学习。

Abstract: The paper introduced the compilation of EPP for Xin’anjiang dam, as well as main content in EPP, for reference to similar EPP compilation and communication with other engineers, aiming to gain improvement.
