黄河万家寨水利枢纽大坝伸缩缝沥青井加热补灌处理施工

摘要: 万家寨水库自1998 年蓄水以来, 经过8 年多的运行, 枢纽大坝横缝沥青井分别出现不同程度的沥青渗漏, 而且未进行过通电加热。为确保大坝伸缩缝止水系统正常工作, 2006 年11 月对大坝沥青井进行全部通电加热熔化, 灌注补充沥青胶。处理后保证了大坝伸缩缝无渗漏, 达到预期的效果。本文对万家寨大坝沥青井通电加热熔化、灌注的处理技术及方法进行分析总结。

Abstract: Since impoundment in 1998, after 8- year operation without Ohmic heating, asphalt leakage at the dam transverse crack asphalt wells of different degree happened. To ensure the expansion joint sealing system work in order, in November 2006, melting by Ohmic heating was carried out to all asphalt wells, then bituminous cement grouting followed. After treatment, no leakage was found at damexpansion joints, good effect was achieved. This paper analysed and summarized the treatment technology and method ofmelting by Ohmic heating combined with grouting to damexpansion joints at Wanjiazhai hydropower station.
