Abstract: The fiber optic sensor becomes more and more important to specialty technical personnel because of specific principle and performance. It has broken the experimental research and begins to use to the project survey under the specific environment. It has better foreground. In the paper, the application and research of fiber optic sensor in the all safety monitoring of Water- Power Engineering has been discussed overall combining with the current projects designed by CISPDR.
