摘要： 介绍了镇海区GPS三维基准网的设计思路、建立方法及实现过程，探讨了GPS水准代替四等水准在本项目中的实现情况。
Abstract: This paper introduced the consideration about design, establishment and the actualization process of the GPS three-dimensional datum network in Zhenhai city. Furthermore, discussion about the actualization of the GPS leveling taking place of fourth grade leveling in this project was made here.
