摘要： 本文结合工程实践，介绍了GPS动态、静态相结合，施测一级控制的作业方法，并经检验认为可以达到《城市测量规范》精度要求。

Abstract: This paper，combined with actual case，introduced the method to implement first-degree control by combination of GPS dynamic and static. And it was approved that the accuracy could satisfy the requirements of Urban Survey Regulation.
