摘要： 本文简要地回顾了近四十年来地震对西克尔水库大坝工程的损坏情况及历次地震中大坝的震害问题, 然后对大坝震害修复和抗震加固提出自己的认识和建议。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the damage to the dam caused by the earthquake in the past 40 years. As conclusion, some advice on repair and rehabilitation were advanced.
