摘要： 苏库恰克水库工程存在很多隐患, 经过除险加固措施的全面实施, 消除了工程隐患, 使病险水库的帽子得以摘除。加固后的水库工程效益将显著提高, 抵抗突发性重大事故风险的能力将大大增强。

Abstract: There was much hidden disease in the Sukuqiake reservoir project. After the rehabilitation, the hidden disease was eliminated. Thus, the benefit of the project and the ability to resist the risk of sudden and serious accidents would be enhanced.
