摘要: 浆砌石拱坝经过多年运行后, 会产生不同程度的破坏, 尤其在寒冷地区, 冻融及冻胀的反复循环, 不仅会使坝体防渗层产生渗漏破坏, 而且会降低坝体材料强度, 影响大坝安全。文章介绍了地处寒冷地区的新疆哈密石城子浆砌石拱坝渗漏情况, 分析了渗漏破坏原因, 提出了多层挂网喷混凝土抹浆防渗与帷幕灌浆相结合的防渗整治方案。多层挂网喷混凝土抹浆防渗技术结合了喷锚网在支护方面的优点, 克服了喷塑性混凝土难以抵抗冻融及冻胀的缺点, 该防渗方式具有抗冻融冻胀能力强、防渗效果及耐久性较好等特点, 特别适合于寒冷地区这一特殊条件

Abstract: Through years of operation, masonry arch dams tend to be damaged to some extent. Especially in cold regions, repetitious cycles of freeze- thawand frozen- heave would not only make the proofed layers of dams percolate, but lower the strength of the dammaterials, thus affect the safety of the dams. The article described the leakage conditions of the Shichengzi masonry arch damin Xinjiang province, analysed its causes of leakage, and presented a leakage- prevention scheme of the combination of multilayer reinforcement steel net fastening, concrete spraying and cement sludge plastering and grouting. This technology abstracted the advantages of shotcrete rockbolt in supporting, and overcame the shortcomings of plastic- concrete- spraying in resisting freezethawand frozen- heave. And this technology possessed the characteristics of better resisting freeze- thawand frozen- heave, better leakage- prevention and enduring, thus particularly adapted to cold regions. Meanwhile, this technology was convenient to carry out, so it deserved popularization in leakage- prevention ofmasonry arch dams in cold regions.
