摘要： 本文结合大坝及电站的特点，总结多年来大坝安全管理方面的经验，提出目前面临的问题和工作思路，为今后电站安全运行与管理提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: This article mainly summarized the characteristics of Bikou dam. It put forword the problem which we had been up against and considering for our work, in order to provide reference for dam safety operation and management.
