摘要: 为提高水闸安全监测和可靠性评价水平, 确保水闸低风险运行, 本文在分析水闸特点和影响水闸可靠性因素的基础上, 结合风险分析对监测项目设置等进行了研究, 从安全性、适用性和耐久性三个方面给出了水闸可靠性评价的具体方法、步骤和计算公式, 指出了需要注意的问题并提出有关建议, 为进一步做好水闸安全监测和可靠性评价工作奠定了基础。

Abstract: In order to improve technology of sluice safety monitoring and reliability evaluation, and reduce the risk of sluice running, this article study safetymonitoring on the basis of analysis of sluice characteristic and reliability influence factors. Then, reliability evaluation method, approach and formula are given on the aspects such as safety, availability and durability in this paper.
