摘要： 某小型水库在遭受强暴雨袭击后, 坝体发生管涌, 坝坡坍塌, 现场决定采取坝体开挖强制放水法消除险情。

Abstract: A certain small reservoir was attacked by a heavy storm. Afterwards the piping was occurred in its dam body and collapsed in the damslope. It was decided on site to take the measure of forced discharge by excavating dambody for this emergency. The execution and the construction technique are described in this paper.
