Abstract: It took ten years to construct the automatic measurement and reporting system of Jinshuitan hydropower plant since 1994. Through the improvement and perfection for many years, the stability and adoptability of the system has been greatly increased and has made a great contributions to the flood control work of the plant. In this paper the establishment and operation of automatic measurement and reporting system are introduced in detail.
