摘要: 水利水电工程金属结构因其所处的环境条件及受到的腐蚀介质不同,腐蚀形态存在着很大的差异;本文介绍水工金属结构腐蚀检测和腐蚀数据分析处理方法;通过腐蚀检测和数据处理分析,可准确反映出水工金属结构的腐蚀现状,为水工金属结构安全评估提供重要依据;同时,对不同工程闸门的锈蚀检测情况进行汇总、对比和分析。通过分析研究闸门的腐蚀状况,提出行之有效的防腐蚀措施和提高防腐蚀质量的几点认识。

Abstract: Due to different environments to which hydraulic metal structures are exposed, corrosion patterns vary greatly. This paper introduces anew approach to the inspection of hydraulic metal structures, and analysis&treatment of corroding-related statistics. The new approach can accurately reflect the corrosion extent of the hydraulic metal structures, thus provide sound ground for the safety assessment of the structures. The paper also sums up and analyzes various corroding inspections of engineering gate on the basis of which some ideas regarding effective anti-corrosion measures are presented.
