水布垭面板坝挤压边墙技术有限元计算分析

摘要: 挤压边墙技术是混凝土面板堆石坝中垫层料施工和保护的新技术。本文结合水布垭工程,应用有限元分析技术,对挤压边墙有关的一些问题进行了探讨。分析认为,当混凝土面板与挤压边墙取小约束、挤压边墙与垫层取大约束、挤压边墙取低强度、低弹模、泊松比为0.25~0.30,内摩擦角不少于40°时,水布垭面板坝设置挤压边墙不会对面板、接缝应力变形带来大的影响,面板和挤压边墙的脱空值较小。

Abstract: The technology of crush sidewall is a new technique applied in concrete faced rockfill dam(CFRD) for construction and protection of pad layer(IIA material). Some problems about the crush sidewall of Shuibuya project are discussed with FEM analysis. The results indicate that the crush sidewall of Shuibuya CFRD will not affect the slab face and joints very much, the dislocation of both the slab face and crush sidewall is not big,provided that the restraint between the slab face and crush sidewall is small while the restraint between the crush sidewall and pad layer is large, the crush sidewall has low strength and modulus,with Polson ratio 0.25~0.30, inner friction angle no less than 40°.?
