Abstract: The water pressure on dam will be changed owing to the strobe turned off or on when the dam is in normal water lever condition,which results in the curve between reservoir water lever and horizontal displacement discontinuous. Therefore, piece wise function and step function are used to erect the mixed-model of horizontal displacement and the outcome shows that the method is reasonable and effective.?
