水电站进水口拦污栅水头损失试验研究

摘要: 水电站进水口拦污栅锈蚀和堵塞严重影响着水轮发电机组的出力。文章以丰满水电站为工程背景,应用水工水力学模型试验方法研究了拦污栅锈蚀程度和堵塞状态与水头损失增量的关系。结果表明:拦污栅栅条锈蚀对水头损失的影响很大,锈蚀后水头损失增量可达原进水口损失的60%;拦污栅堵塞后,其对水流的阻力要比本身锈蚀对水流的阻力大得多,局部水头损失随堵塞率的增加而急剧加大。应用本文试验结果对布尔可夫及丘金娜公式进行了修正,建议水电站拦污栅设计水头损失取值3~5 m。

Abstract: The head loss characteristics of trashrack, considering the blockage of trashrack and the rust of its single rack bars, are studied by applying hydraulic model test based on Fengman Hydropower Station. It has shown that the head loss increase rises by 60 percent as the rack bars rusted, the head loss increasing rapidly with blockage of trashrack increasing, and the increase of head loss in this case would rise 200 percent, correspondingly, the ratio of blockage is 62.5 percent. Finally, the experimental data obtained from the test was used to modify the expression on the efficient of head loss proposed by experts from former Soviet Union, and a modifier formula is presented in this paper for the calculation of total head loss of trashrack. A suggestion of 3~5 meters head loss was come up for the design of trashrack in hydropower stations.
