摘要： 大化水电站自1983年投产以来已安全运行了19a,本文对大化水电站大坝安全管理做了较为全面的概述,综述了大坝运行管理的经验、大坝安全定检、大坝维护加固、水工设备检修改造和存在的主要问题,提出了今后大坝运行管理工作的任务。
