摘要： 成屏混凝土面板堆石坝是国内首批兴建的混凝土面板堆石坝之一，已安全运行13a，积累了一定的运行管理经验。本文主要介绍了成屏面板坝的监测、运行、维护情况，并对在运行过程中所遇到的一些问题进行了分析。可供同类型坝的施工和运行管理参考。

Abstract: Chengping Concrete Slab Rockfill Dam is one of the earliest construced concrete slab rockfill dam. It has safely operated 13 years and accumulated certain operation and management experiences. This paper mainly introduced monitoring, operation and maintenance of Chengping Slab Dam, and introduced the author’s understandings for the problems during operation.?
