摘要/Abstract

摘要： 《水电站大坝安全性态分析研究》是国家经贸委安排的安全生产专项技术措施项目。本项目就是根据电力系统100多座水电站大坝在大坝安全定期检查或工程安全鉴定中，通过设计复核、施工复查、运行总结和现场检查所获取的大量资料为基础，对大坝设计、施工、运行全过程做全面的总结，对各阶段影响大坝安全的主要问题及其产生原因、影响机理、危害程度和发展趋势，做比较系统的分析研究，得出规律性认识，从而提出对策和防范措施。

Abstract: Analysis and study on hydropower dam safety behavior is a project of safety production special technique measure issued by SETC. This project according to the course of periodic inspection and appraisal for dam safety to one hundred or more hydropower station dams within electricity system, based on a quantity of data from design recheck, construction recheck, operation summary and field examination, has made a full experience summary on design, construction and operation. Main problems on dam safety in each stage has been systemically analyzed, as well as the reason, mechanics, endangering degree and trend.?
