牛头山水库大坝渗流及其安全性分析

摘要: 牛头山水库是我国采用沥青混凝土斜墙防渗设计方案具有代表性的水利工程。自1993年11月发现渗流问题后,受到有关部门、专家的关注,为此对水库放空检查。本文依据观测数据,通过对水源与渗流通道等相关因素的分析,认为该坝的渗流不是面板防渗性能下降所致,目前没有对大坝的安全构成威胁。并讨论了左坝肩的绕坝渗流,认为坝体渗流总体上是安全的。

Abstract: Niutoushan Reservoir has been paid more attention to its seepage since1993, so it was checked by reservoir emptying.Based on analysis of water resource and seepage passway and other factors concerned as well, the author considered that seepage have not resulted from facing’s anti-seepage preperties decreasing, and at present it can not bring dam into danger. In addition, by-pass seepage around left dam shoulder has been discussed and the dam seepage is considered to be safe in general.?
