Abstract: Xiaolangdi Project carry out the construction management system of owner responsibility, construction supervision, bidding and tennering to conform the a management system of international hydropower project construction. This paper described the transferring procedures among the transferring hydraulic structures from the stage construction to operation and maintenance, including the orginization, transferrring objects, procedures, information and operation and management materials of the hydraulic structures among the defect responsibility.
