两座水电站泄水建筑物检修门槽损坏及修复情况

摘要: 在水电站大坝安全第二轮定期检查或例行检查中发现运行多年的水电站深式泄水孔检修门槽段损坏较多,究其原因,一是由于长期经受挟沙高速水流的冲磨、空蚀;二是设计不当或施工质量差;三是限于当时的材料等因素而引起。如不及时修复,会严重威胁大坝的安全运行,但修复工作难度很大,甚至采用常规手段无法修复或修复工期长、费用高。本文介绍了柘林和刘家峡水电站泄水建筑物检修门槽段的修复情况,两工程均采用临时挡水闸门封堵,形成旱地施工条件,圆满完成了修复工作,其经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract: It is found that some emergency gate slots of deep-outlet of hydropower stations which have operated many years have been damaged during the second round periodic and routine inspection. The first reason is due to the erosion of carried-sand and high-speed flow. Moreover, design error and poor construction quality have an effect on it. Finally, material is another factor. Safety operation of dams will be badly threatened if it is not repaired in time. But there have some difficulties to repair even can not be finished by normal methods or spend much time and money on it. This paper introduces a new method that has been used by the two hydropower stations of Zhelin and Liujiaxia to repair the destructive section at emergency gate slots. Those two projects both have emergency gate repaired in dry and finished quite well.It can be adopted by the other projects with similar problem.?
