摘要： 新安江大坝右岸坝基存在局部缺陷，是大坝安全的重要隐患，为各级主管领导所高度重视，但其处理工作十分复杂，为此曾进行过大量的工程处理和科研工作，但效果不显著，为此提出新的右岸坝基综合处理工作思路。
Abstract: The defect in dam foundation on the right bank of Xin’anjiang Dam is an important pitfall to the dam safety, and has been taken seriously by the administrators at all levels. Although a great deal of treatment and study work has been made, the result is beyond expected owing to its complexity. So we bring up the thought of comprehensive treatment for the defect.
