云峰宽缝重力坝溢流面早龄期补强混凝土裂缝分析及防治

摘要: 本文根据云峰宽缝重力坝溢流面早龄期补强混凝土的实测裂缝分布形态、发生时间及温度过程,针对裂缝出现早、间距小且以水平缝居多等特点,综合分析了滑模工艺、温度应力、干缩应力、混凝土配比及外加剂、旧混凝土约束等影响因素。从而提出改进施工方法、早龄期混凝土保温、调整混凝土外加剂等工程措施。1989年6月对36#坝段全面质量检查表明:浇筑后两个月整个溢流面没有一条明显裂缝。

Abstract: This paper has considered several main characteristics: (including cracking distribution mode, occurrence time: temperature procedure, cracking space small and more horizontal cracking of the early strengthened concrete of YunFeng slotted gravity dam overflow surface). And has analyzed complexly sliding shuttering technique, temperature and drying shrinkage stress, concrete design and concrete restraint influence factors etc, hence has presented improved construction method concrete curing measure, conrete additive adjustment engineering measures etc. Two months after concrete pouring, through the total quality inspect at 36~# dam section showed that cracking on the spillway surface had been controlled.?
