摘要： 本文从大坝施工监理的实际情况出发，着重阐述如何在大坝施工监理的具体实践中，及时调整监理理念，因地制宜地把国内外面板堆石坝施工管理中行之有效的质量控制方式与引子渡水电站实际情况相结合进行施工监理。
