Abstract: Control and management on cost of hydropower projects is an important step in project construction.Design run through the project during the whole construction stage.Joining and strengthening design work becomes the base of controlling project cost.Fully using the competitive mechanism of market value,do well in biding,selecting excellent construction company and rational contract cost will play the key roles in effectively controlling project.Meanwhile,to give full play to supervision works,strengthen field coordinating and managing will ensure to gain maximum profit after project completion.

摘要： 工程造价控制和管理是工程建设的重要环节。设计工作贯穿于工程建设的始终，参与和加强设计工作管理是水电工程造价控制的基础。充分利用市场价格的竞争机制，做好招投标工作，选择好施工队伍和合理的中标价是有效控制工程造价的关键。同时充分发挥监理作用、加强现场协调和管理，是工程建成后能获得最大经济效益的保障。
