Abstract: This paper introduces the contrastive analysis between the monitoring and computation for the scroll case concrete.We know from the analysis that although the scroll case structure is complex, and in a complex stress condition, the stress of the scroll case measured on the spot is less than the stress computed in material mechanics method and three-dimension finite element method.The maximum stress of the scroll case measured on the spot is 100.48 MPa when the water level is 135 m high, even less than half of the test stress in the simulating model test. The monitoring indicates that the scroll cases in the left-bank powerhouse work normally.
摘要: 本文对蜗壳混凝土监测与计算进行了对比分析。通过分析认为,蜗壳结构及受力复杂,但蜗壳实测应力均小于材料力学和三维有限元计算值;实测蜗壳应力在135m水位时最大为100.48MPa,尚不及仿真模型试验值的二分之一。监测资料表明,左岸厂房机组蜗壳工作性态正常。
