Abstract: In this paper, the author described that using the high efficiency technology in saving and getting data, and the treatment to the figure and image, and the network function developed the monitoring system to achieve real-time monitoring and judge to dam safety, and explained the application pempective of DELPHI in modern dam safety monitoring.

摘要： 通过利用delphi提供的高效的数据存取、图形图像处理及网络功能开发大坝监测系统，来实现对大坝安全的实时监控和评判，阐明了delphi这一编程工具在大坝监测中的应用前景。
