Abstract: This article mainly discusses the quality management during project construction and introduces the IS09002 quality management system into Tongbai project management. It is believed that making use of advanced technology and equipment to control project quality scientifically, strengthening consciousness of doing project quality management, controlling every section during construction are the key points for project.

摘要： 本文介绍了浙江桐柏工程建设过程中的质量管理情况。桐柏工程质量管理引入了IS09002质量管理体系，强化工程质量管理意识，从施工的各个环节着手，严格把关，利用先进技术和先进设备，科学地控制质量。
