Abstract: For the earth-rock dams built earlier in China, problems in design, construction and management are serious which exerts harmful influence on dam safety. Having been in operation for many years, it's necessary to carry out safety appraisal. This article, taking Qiligou reservoir dam in Shiyan city, Hubei province as an example, introduces the overall appraisal on dam safety in the main aspects such as engineering geology, flood-control standard,  operation  management, project quality, seepage and structure safety, for reference.

摘要： 国内早期修建的土石坝因设计、施工、运行管理等方面存在问题，在长期内外因素影响下，坝体安全受到严重影响，应对此类大坝及时进行安全性鉴定。结合湖北省十堰市七里沟水库工程实例，从水库的工程地质、防洪标准、运行管理、工程质量、渗流安全及结构安全等主要方面，对该水库工程的安全性进行全面复核和评价，为其他类似工程安全鉴定提供参考和借鉴。
