Abstract: The regime forecast system in Xinfengiiang hydropower station was founded in 1990, adapting VHF ultrashort wave to transmit data signal, it has taken full of economic and social profit since it has been put into operation. However, the basin is located in the mountain northern Guangdong Province, there are much difference in terrain and physiognomy, which increase the maintenanee cost and fault time on system, the system reliability is decreased much. In Dec 2001, 12 rainfall stations in the system have been technically modified, including converting the ultrashort wave communications to the satellite communications(Inmarsat-C), removing the original 3 mountain relay stations, keeping the 4 remote measurement stations near center station in communicating with VHF ultrashort wave. At present, the system has been operating in the combined net of those two.
摘要: 新丰江水电站水情测报系统建于1990年,采用VHF超短波方式传送数据信号,投入运行以来,发挥出巨大的经济效益和社会效益。但因流域处于粤北山区、地形地貌差异巨大,中继站及个别遥测站现场的运行维护条件恶劣,增加了系统的维修费用和故障时间,降低了系统的可靠性。2001年12月,对水情测报系统的12个雨量站进行了技术改造,将原来的超短波通信方式改造为卫星通信lnmarsat-C方式,撤除了原来的3个高山中继站,靠近中心站的4个遥测站保留其原来的VHF超短波方式。目前,新丰江水情测报系统以超短波通信方式和卫星通信I
