Abstract: This article explicates the accurate hydrologic forecasting effort playing an important part in reservoir flood control and profit regulation. According to the geographic environment and climatic condition of Muguashan reservoir. The author has submitted some opinions on how to enhance forecasting, regulate flexibly and improve the benefits fully from reservoir.
