Abstract: Damsafety is of great importance, that more attention should be paid on it. To reduce lost when incidents suddenly occur, the maturity of the emergency scheme is crucial. This paper expatiated on the several points should be considered for EPP, including the notice procedures, duties, submergingmap, examination, appraisal and classification of the damemergencies.

摘要： 大坝安全事关生命、财产安全, 绝不能掉以轻心。完备的大坝应急预案, 在突发事件发生时能起到至关重要的作用, 减少损失。本文论述了编制大坝突发事件应急预案应考虑的几个问题, 并对应急预案中的通告流程、职责、淹没图以及大坝险情检测、评价、归类等方面进行了阐述。
