Abstract: Because of long- termtemperature and water level change, the cracks once treated during construction period at the dam block No.5 and No.8 of Jiangya damsplit again and tended to develop. By investigation and with safety monitoring, chemical grouting and surface anti- seepage treatment were adopted. In surface anti- seepage treatment, SR2 plastic sealing nanomaterial and epoxy slurry were used in joint caulking, while PSI- tape crack repair belt was used to obdurate cracks. In chemical grouting, LW waterborne polyurethane was used. After treatment, the water pressure test and outside examine were taken and no seepage were found, which indicated that the treatment effect was good.
摘要: 湖南省江垭大坝第5 号、8 号坝段原施工期处理的裂缝在较长时期温度、水位变化作用下重新张开, 并有继续发展的趋势。经过前期勘探和采取有效的安全监测措施后, 运用了化学灌浆和表面防渗处理。表面防渗处理采用SR2 纳米塑性止水材料和环氧砂浆嵌缝, PSI- tape 裂缝修补带封缝?裂缝灌浆采用了LW水溶性聚氨酯灌浆材料。裂缝处理完后,经压水试验检查和外观检查,200 m 廊道内混凝土表面干燥,裂缝处未发现渗水现象,完全满足预想要求, 达到了处理的目的。
