Abstract: Combined with the main characteristics of hydraulic structures and initial operation of Three Gorges hydropower station, this paper introduced some management practices for hydraulic structures. What' s more, aiming at the problems in management, discussed some aspects which need improvement and some experience were summarized.

摘要： 根据三峡水电站水工建筑物的主要特点和运行初期的实际情况, 介绍了运行初期对水工建筑物管理的一些具体实践。同时, 针对管理过程中出现的问题, 探讨了需进一步深化和完善的方面, 并总结了一些经验。
