Abstract: According to design code for rolled earth- rock dams, embedded pipes in soft foundation are not suitable for high or middle-sized dams. To deal with the problems existed in the water release tunnel constructed on soft foundation, the method of casing was advanced in this paper.

摘要： 《碾压式土石坝设计规范》规定, “对高、中坝不应采用布置在软基上的坝下埋管形式”。为了解决软基上已建设的放水洞存在的安全隐患, 本文给出了“管中套管”的解决方案。
