Abstract: With the development of modern network and communication, it is possible to realize remote health diagnose based on internet. The article discussed the structure of the opening remote dam diagnose system, as well as some key technology based on internet which included network technology, web data base technology and technical model in system research. By all these, the remote health diagnose system was developed.

摘要： 随着现代网络通讯技术的发展，使基于Internet 的远程健康诊断系统的实现成为可能。本文论述了基于分布式开放体系结构的大坝远程健康诊断系统构架， 阐述了基于Internet 的大坝远程健康诊断系统所需的网络技术、Web 数据库技术、系统研制所需的技术模型等关键技术，据此开发大坝远程健康诊断系统。
