To address issues in the hydropower construction sector under traditional management models-such as delays in construction progress data, inefficient transmission of acceptance notification processes, and slow response in construction coordination-a digital management platform was established to systematically resolve these challenges. Leveraging the platform′s integrated smart reminders, closedloop processes, and specialized management modules, the platform transformed the fragmented, manual management processes of traditional models into a digital management system characterized by "auto⁃matic early warning-standardized notification-closed-loop follow-up". Through the specialized management modules, the rate of late or missing submissions was reduced from 40% to 3%, the acceptance notification confirmation cycle was shortened to 8 hours, and the first-time resolution rate for coordination issues increased to 88%. This has driven the transformation of construction management toward intelligent and standardized models, achieving a systematic upgrade from traditional, extensive management practices to standardized and intelligent ones, thereby helping the industry overcome development bottlenecks.

为应对水电工程建设领域传统管理模式下施工进度数据时效性断层、验收通知流程传导效率低下、施工协调响应链路迟滞等问题，搭建数字化管理平台实现系统性破解，借助平台集成的智能提醒、流程闭环及专项管理模块，将传统模式下分散的人工管理流程转化为“自动预警-标准通知-闭环跟进”的数字化管理体系。借助专项管理模块将填报迟报率从40%降至3%，验收通知确认周期缩至8 h，协调问题一次性解决率提升至88%，推动施工管理向智能化、标准化模式转型，实现施工管理从传统粗放模式向规范化、智能化的系统性升级，助力行业突破发展瓶颈。
