Abstract: In recent years, innovative approaches tailored to specific characteristics of Ertan hydropower station are explored and implemented, thereby establishing a distinctive dam operation and safety management system. This system has enhanced the standardization, precision, and scientific rigor of dam safety management at the station. The author summarizes and elaborates on these efforts with the aim of providing insights for dam operation and safety management at similar hydropower stations in China.

摘要： 近年来，二滩水力发电厂结合自身特点不断探索和实践，形成了具有鲜明特色的大坝运行安全管理体系，进一步提升了电厂大坝安全管理的规范化、精细化和科学化水平。笔者对此进行总结和阐释，以为国内同类型电厂大坝运行安全管理提供借鉴。
