水下便携式切割装备设计及试验研究

Abstract: To facilitate underwater rescue and salvage operations by professional divers, a new type of portable underwater cutting equipment has been designed. This equipment is lightweight and flexible, easy for divers to carry, with strong cutting capability and high safety factor. It can enhance the diver′s individual operational capacity, emergency response capability, and combat efficiency, effectively achieving the effect of single- person operation, improving the rapid response and mobility of rescue teams, and it has broad application prospects and high application value.

摘要: 为方便专业潜水员水下救助打捞作业,设计了一种新型便携式水下切割装备。该装备轻便灵活,便于潜水员携带,切割能力强,安全系数高,提高了潜水员单人作业能力、应急处置能力及作战效率,能够有效地实现单人作业的效果,提高救援队伍的快速反应机动能力,具有广泛的应用前景和较高的应用价值。
